The XRP spot ETF with the largest net inflow last week was Bitwise ETF XRP, with weekly net inflows of $9.6915 million, bringing its total historical net inflows to $618 million; followed by Franklin Templeton ETF XRPZ, with weekly net inflows of $5.0212 million, bringing its total historical net inflows to $484 million. The XRP spot ETF with the largest net outflow last week was 21Shares ETF TOXR, with weekly net outflows of $3.7806 million, bringing its total historical net outflows to $21.15 million. As of press time, the total net asset value of XRP spot ETFs stands at $1.51 billion, with the ETF net asset ratio (market cap as a percentage of XRP's total market cap) reaching 1.71%, and cumulative historical net inflows have reached $1.71 billion.

Odaily News: Evernorth has signed a note purchase agreement with NH Investment & Securities to issue convertible preferred PIK notes maturing in 2031 with a 4% interest rate. The transaction is contingent upon the completion of its business combination with Armada Acquisition Corp. II, Pathfinder Digital Assets, and Ripple Labs, and is expected to close in the fourth quarter; the combined new entity plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol XRPN, subject to exchange approval. Odaily reports that Ripple has stated that asset management firms and other commercial projects are preparing to use this upgrade. Batch V1.1 can combine up to 8 transactions into a single operation, ensuring that all transactions either succeed or are all canceled, preventing partial fills; the amendment has already received support from 30 out of 35 tracked validators. If the support rate remains above 80% over the next 14 days, the upgrade is expected to activate after September 29 at 14:06:41 UTC.
