US XRP Spot ETF Records $5.1534 Million in Total Daily Net Outflows
According to SoSoValue data, yesterday (September 17, US Eastern Time), XRP spot ETFs recorded total daily net outflows of $5.1534 million. The XRP spot ETF with the largest net outflow yesterday was the 21Shares XRP ETF (TOXR), with daily net outflows of $3.7806 million, bringing its total historical net outflows to $21.1546 million. This was followed by the Canary XRP ETF (XRPC), with daily net outflows of $1.3728 million, while its total historical net inflows have reached $489 million. As of press time, the total net asset value of XRP spot ETFs stands at $1.394 billion, with an XRP net asset ratio of 1.71%, and cumulative historical net inflows have reached $1.710 billion.

Ripple Developer Kit Adds Support for Stripe and Tempo's MPP Payment Protocol
Odaily reports that Ripple has added support for the Machine Payments Protocol (MPP) and an open wallet standard in version 1.1 of its XRP Ledger AI Starter Kit, enabling AI agents to use XRP and RLUSD to pay for online services such as data and computing power. MPP was jointly developed by Stripe and Tempo. Jazzi Cooper, Head of Product at RippleX, said the goal is to make XRP and RLUSD first-class options for developers. The software is still in testing, and no commercial clients or payment volumes using the MPP integration have been disclosed. Ripple previously added support for the x402 standard in June; stablecoins currently only support one-time payments, and integrating payment channels requires a ledger upgrade.

Odaily News: According to an announcement on the Moscow Exchange's official website, the Moscow Exchange will officially launch perpetual futures contracts on five cryptocurrency indices—Bitcoin (BTCUSDF), Ethereum (ETHUSDF), Solana (SOLUSDF), XRP (XRPUSDF), and TRON (TRXUSDF)—on September 22, 2026. The new contracts are settled contracts that do not involve physical delivery, are denominated in US dollars and settled in rubles, and are available exclusively to qualified investors. Since the first batch of crypto asset futures was launched last summer, more than 72,000 qualified investors have participated in trading, with cumulative trading volume exceeding 600 billion rubles.

As of press time, the total net asset value of XRP spot ETFs stands at $1.396 billion, with an XRP net asset ratio of 1.70%, and cumulative historical net inflows have reached $1.716 billion.

Garlinghouse stated that the U.S. crypto industry still has reason to remain optimistic, as the SEC and CFTC will continue to develop relevant rules to fill the legislative gap left by the CLARITY Act's failure to advance, and Ripple will continue to participate in the rulemaking process. He also stated that this voting failure will not change Ripple's business momentum, global expansion, or customer demand.
