    BlockBeats 消息，8 月 5 日，trade.xyz 在 HIP-3 上以 565.54 HYPE 购入 UNITREE（宇树科技）代码。其可能将在未来几天内推出宇树科技的永续合约交易。 此前，HIP-3 去中心化交易平台 Paragon 以 577.66 HYPE 拍得 UNITREE（宇树科技）代码，并已上线宇树科技（Unitree）IPO 前永续合约。 宇树科技（Unitree）为中国头部民用机器人公司，即将首次公开发行股票并在上交所科创板上市。本次发行采用战略配售、网下发行与网上发行相结合的方式进行。本次拟公开发行股份 4044.6434 万股，占发行后总股本的 10%，发行后总股本为 40446.4340 万股。初步询价日为 2026 年 8 月 5 日，网下申购日为 2026 年 8 月 10 日。公司存在特别表决权机制安排，实际控制人王兴兴在表决权差异安排下合计控制公司 68.78% 的表决权。
