This feature will first launch on the testnet, followed by the mainnet; currently, related markets are entirely controlled by validators.\ Hyperliquid stated that in the future, markets operated by validators should ideally be less than 10 per year, with the remaining markets open to external deployers. Deploying a market requires staking 500,000 HYPE, approximately $30 million; if validators determine that a market is poorly defined or incorrectly settled, the staked assets may be slashed. Deployers can receive up to 50% of the trading fees from that market.

According to SoSoValue data, during last week's trading days (July 13 to July 17, Eastern Time), HYPE spot ETFs recorded a net outflow of $7.26 million. The HYPE spot ETF with the largest net outflow last week was the Bitwise ETF BHYP, with a weekly net outflow of $7.3002 million. BHYP's historical total net inflow currently stands at $126 million. 重要Hyperliquid Launches HIP-4, First Supporting Permissionless Deployment on Testnet
Odaily reports Hyperliquid stated that HIP-4 will support permissionless deployment in a future network upgrade, first on the testnet, followed by the mainnet. Similar to spot and trading token deployment, HIP-4 technology requires thorough testing in the validator deployment environment before expanding to permissionless deployment. The staking requirement for HIP-4 deployers is 500,000 HYPE. If a market is not clearly defined, settlement does not comply with template specifications, or settlement is not completed within more than a week, the staking requirement will be deducted by validator vote. As with HIP-3, the deployer's stake will be locked for 6 months. To unstake, the deployer must settle all markets. HIP-4 deployers will be able to set fee shares of up to 50% in deployed markets, with the fee configuration feature to be introduced as a subsequent function.
